For balanced life we look at your health from four different aspects. These are on a Physical Level, an Emotional Level, a Mental Level and a Spiritual Level. We must understand this in order to obtain optimum health bringing our life into harmony and balance.

We need to have a high level of Emotional Intelligence as this allows us to be responsibile for our decisions, meet our goals and keep ourselves safe physically, emotionally and mentally. Having high Emotional Intelligence , means we have worked hard at removing stuff from our lives for example; on a physical level we need excellent boundaries, as they keep us safe, on a mental level we need Emotional Intelligence so that the belief structures that do not support us are eradicated and replaced with belief structures that serve us well. Excellent Emotional Intelligence allows a pathway for a connection of spirit to self.

We need to have an excellent level of Mental Health, without it, we are faced with challenges. These challenges become apparent not just on a mental health level but they also affect our Emotional Intelligence our Physical Health and a disconnection to Spirituality.

We need to have Spirituality as this enables us to be connected to something greater than ourselves. For when we are alone, we really are never alone, as it is our spirituality giving us strength and support. Connection to Spirit gives us balance, keeps us out of ego yet well self esteemed.
